How to Apply:
- Prep the nails.
- Apply a Gel Base Coat.
- Apply your choice of DC Cat Eye Gel Polish.
- Create the Cat Eye Effect using a Magnet.
- Cure under a UV/LED Lamp.
- If needed, apply additional layers.
- Apply a Gel Top Coat.
- Apply Cuticle Oil and you're finished!
